Important information

This is the time of year when insurance/Medicare decisions have to be made. I try to review what is covered.  However,  we don’t always know about the medical secrets.  It might pay to read the fine print.

Fortunately, our Canadian system is a bit better than that. Mind you, the government still finds ways to avoid paying everything that one needs but those of us over 65 do have a few extra perks as in most of my meds are covered. I think I am still paying more to my retired teachers medical coverage than I get back but then I have not had any major health problems and the cost is a tax write off.
